Requirements

Although the exam for the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level can be taken separately, the participation in a related seminar is strongly recommended. The seminar is also appropriate for PC-users without testing experiences. Programming knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement. Besides basic computer literacy an interest in testing is the main requirement for the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level course. The Foundation Level certificate is required for further steps of the ISTQB-Certified-Tester-Program.
